Quick & Easy Vegan High-Protein Meals - Cooks in 5 Minutes!
STOVE TOP (& Camp fire):
Bring 1 cup (8oz.) of water (less for thicker consistency) to a rapid boil. Add FLAMING OATS® premium oatmeal + organic olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet scooping out with a spoon.
Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!
HOT WATER (& Hiking):
Add 1 cup (8oz.) of boiling hot water (less for thicker consistency) to FLAMING OATS® premium oatmeal + organic olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet scooping out with a spoon. Add all ingredients to a bowl, coffee/tea to-go cup or FLAMING OATS® pouch.
Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, then stir and let stand another 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!
MICROWAVE (Small 16 oz - 24 oz Bowl):
Stir 1 cup (8oz.) of water (less for thicker consistency) and FLAMING OATS® high-protein savory oatmeal in a small microwave-safe bowl (about 16 oz - 24 oz bowl).
Then, using a spoon, scoop out organic olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet into bowl and stir. To avoid expansion overflow cook for 2-3 MINUTES AT A TIME (VERY IMPORTANT!!) stirring in-between each 2-3 minutes until fully cooked for 5 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on microwave).
Remove from microwave (CAUTION: Glass bowls will be extremely hot, handle with care). Stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!
