Quick & Easy Vegan High-Protein Meals - Cooks in 5 Minutes!

STOVE TOP (& Camp fire):

Bring 1 cup (8oz.) of water (more for thinner consistency) to a rapid boil. Add FLAMING OATS® high-protein savory oatmeal + organic olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet scooping out with a spoon. 

Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!

HOT WATER (& Hiking):

Add FLAMING OATS® high-protein savory oatmeal to a bowl 
or lunch Thermos, add olive oil + hemp hearts from foil packet using a spoon. Pour 1 cup (8 oz.) of boiling water (more for thinner consistency) and stir well.   

Cover and let stand for 20 minutes, then stir, cover and let stand another 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!

MICROWAVE (Small 16 oz - 24 oz Bowl):

Stir 1 cup (8oz.) of water (more for thinner consistency) and FLAMING OATS® high-protein savory oatmeal in a small microwave-safe bowl (about 16 oz - 24 oz bowl).  

Then, using a spoon, scoop out organic olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet into bowl and stir.  To avoid expansion overflow cook for 2-3 MINUTES AT A TIME (VERY IMPORTANT!!) stirring in-between each 2-3 minutes until fully cooked for 5 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on microwave). 

Remove from microwave (CAUTION: Glass bowls will be extremely hot, handle with care). Stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!
