Chipotle Garlic Purée
Got leftover FLAMING OATS™, or just looking for a fun new way to enjoy them? Turn them into a silky-smooth, body-warming, high-protein soup with just a few simple steps. Here’s how to transform your FLAMING OATS™ into a comforting, creamy bowl of goodness:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup leftover or 1 full serving of prepared FLAMING OATS™ (any flavor)
- ½ cup plain plant milk (soy, almond, oat, or coconut milk work great)
Instructions:
- Blend it up: Pour your leftover oatmeal and plant milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is silky smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. You want a creamy texture, like a thick soup, adjust liquid if needed.
- Heat it (if needed): Pour the blended FLAMING OATS™ into a saucepan and heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until warm, or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve: Pour into a bowl and enjoy immediately (add a pinch of salt if desired). For an extra kick, sprinkle with chili flakes and add some fresh organic herbs for garnish and a few drops of extra-virgin Olive Oil.
