Q. What is FLAMING OATS®?

A: Sure, oats is in the name, and it starts with oats, but FLAMING OATS® is no basic bowl of mush. NO, NO NO, it’s so much more than that. It’s a premium, plant-based PROTEIN powerhouse, loaded with superfoods that crank it up to a complete meal. And a complete meal provides all essential macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals).

Q: Is it a meal replacement?

A: Yes! A "meal replacement" shouldn’t taste like cardboard or leave you hungry an hour later. It should fuel you like a beast, with protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber, and all the vitamins and minerals your body actually craves. And, it will give you sustained energy for hours.

FLAMING OATS® has both your macronutrients as well as micronutrients, which makes it a complete meal.

Q: Why is FLAMING OATS® different from regular oatmeal?

Q: Is FLAMING OATS® only for breakfast?

A: Nope. FLAMING OATS® was created to be a complete meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, travel, outdoor adventures, and everything in between.

Q: How many servings are in a pack?

A: Officially? One. Unofficially? Depends on how big your appetite is. We give you a lot of food, it's a hearty, hearty bowl. Plus it's so nutrient-rich you may find that it satisfies you half way through the bowl.  But that's because we designed it so you could skip a meal if you had to. So many of our customers tell us they get two meals out of one.

Q: How long is the shelf-life?

A: We made it to 12 months before the lab ran out of product, but we think the Best By period is likely to 18 months (we're currently testing for that).

Q: Is it created by health experts?

A: Nope—and that’s the magic. FLAMING OATS® wasn’t dreamed up in some lab by people who’ve never missed a meal. It was created by our founder—an everyday busy human who wanted a fast, legit healthy option that didn’t suck.

Q. Will I like it?

Well, we can't say for sure, but it isn't like any other oatmeal you've had before, that we can say for sure. 

The texture is thick and chewy, not thin and mushy. And the taste is spicy, salty, delicious. Oh, and mild flavors too!

Q: What flavors do you offer?

A: FLAMING OATS® currently offers both spicy and mild flavor options, including customer favorites like Chipotle Garlic, Spicy Italian, Cheezy Chive, Jalapeño Herb, Rosemary Garlic, and Aleppo Pepper Za’atar.

Q: Are all flavors spicy?

A: No. We offer both mild and spicy options so everyone can find their perfect heat level or no heat at all.

Q: Are the oats in FLAMING OATS® organic?

A: Yes! FLAMING OATS® is made with organic whole grain oats. We intentionally choose organic oats because many conventional oat crops are sprayed with glyphosate-based herbicides before harvest as a drying method. Health-conscious customers often prefer organic oats to help reduce their exposure to synthetic pesticides and unnecessary chemicals in their food.
