Quick & Easy Vegan High-Protein Meals - Cooks in 5 Minutes!

STOVE TOP:

Bring 1 cup (8oz.) of water (more for thinner consistency) to a rapid boil. Add FLAMING OATS™ premium oatmeal + olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet scooping out with a spoon. 

Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!

HOT WATER (No-cook method):

Add 1 cup (8oz.) of boiling hot water (more for thinner consistency) to FLAMING OATS™ premium oatmeal. Add olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet scooping out with a spoon. Add all ingredients to a bowl or large coffee/tea to-go cup. 

Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, then stir and let stand another 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!

MICROWAVE (Large 1-quart Bowl):

Stir 1 cup (8oz.) of water (more for thinner consistency) and FLAMING OATS™ premium packaged savory oatmeal in a large microwave-safe bowl (about 1 quart bowl to allow for expansion and avoid overflow).  

Then, using a spoon, scoop out olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet into bowl and stir (CAUTION: DO NOT place foil packet in microwave) cook for 5 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on microwave).  

Remove from microwave (CAUTION: Glass bowls will be extremely hot, handle with care). Stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!

MICROWAVE (Small 16 oz - 24 oz Bowl):

Stir 1 cup (8oz.) of water (more for thinner consistency) and FLAMING OATS™ high-protein savory oatmeal in a small microwave-safe bowl (about 16 oz - 24 oz bowl).  

Then, using a spoon, scoop out olive oil & hemp hearts from foil packet into bowl and stir.  To avoid expansion overflow cook for 2-3 MINUTES AT A TIME (VERY IMPORTANT!!) stirring in-between each 2-3 minutes until fully cooked for 5 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on microwave). 

Remove from microwave (CAUTION: Glass bowls will be extremely hot, handle with care). Stir and let stand 5-10 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir again and enjoy!
